Her mother also gave her a style philosophy she's never forgotten: Just because you feel bad doesn't mean your makeup and outfit have to look bad! And honestly? Mama had a point. 💄✨

Even after more than 20 years working in law enforcement and national security, Melissa's passion for fashion refused to be suppressed. She became the friend—and occasionally the helpful stranger!—who was always suggesting the perfect accessory, unexpected color combination, or finishing touch that could transform an outfit.

Eventually, she realized it wasn't simply something she loved doing. It was her calling.
