Please review these details before booking your appointment. They're designed to keep every client's reserved styling time thoughtful, fair and protected.
Booking & Payment
Your styling appointment is reserved especially for you. Select your appointment through Calendly and pay securely through PayPal. Full payment, including applicable sales tax, is required to confirm your appointment.
Rescheduling
Life happens—we understand! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Your payment may be transferred to one new appointment date at no additional charge. Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled consultation and have not contacted The Edgy Prepster in advance will forfeit the appointment and payment. A new appointment and payment will be required to rebook.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your styling session. Clients arriving late may receive the remainder of their scheduled appointment time. Appointments generally cannot be extended because of late arrival.
If The Edgy Prepster Needs to Reschedule
Occasionally, unexpected circumstances happen on our end too. If The Edgy Prepster must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you’ll have the choice of rescheduling at no additional cost or receiving a full refund.
Completed Styling Services
Because styling consultations involve personalized preparation, expertise and services delivered specifically for each client, completed consultations and personalized styling work are non-refundable.
